Role in Finalizing Treaties - Treaties are also finalized through all of the branches, so that the treaty is constitutional. The actual finalizing of the treaty is when the President and the other company sign the treaty.

Authority Over State Laws - Makes sure that they are constitutional and not for selfish gain; and also are in charge if there is a conflict within the voting.
