The Lenape Indians, and Indian tribe in the North East Coast of the United States, have never been remembered as being one if the great. But their history unfolds in beautiful layers of their amazing, one of a kind, culture. The Lenape Indians lived in part of New York, Pennsylvania, all of New Jersey, and part of Delaware; where they received their nickname from the Europeans, the Delaware Indians. Little did they know that the Europeans they had been treating with so much kindness would force them out of their homelands. They then traveled through many states to get to Wisconsin and Oklahoma, where they settled.
The Lenape Indians believed that everything had a soul. Whatever they killed would not go to waste and they would humbly praise
