Josef Stalin who used to be in the world war 2 had a close connection with Lenin who started communism in Russia. Due to the close connection with Lenin, Stalin was elected General Secretary in 1922. Stalin’s actions behind the scenes in war impressed Lenin who also believe in the tough character Stalin had. As the next dictator of Germany after Lenin and with his goal of trying to make every nations to follow communism he was ruthless,killing anyone who opposed or stood in his way. During the German invasion on Russia, Stalin responded slowly and he wasn’t successful at driving them out.
