Shaw includes many hidden points within his text. Including morality, gender identity, war, money, greed, power, and many others that are not mentioned.
One point that Shaw continuously brings up in this specific writing, was the difference between right and wrong. Shaw also then continues to show the differences between differents people’s perspective of right and wrong. Shaw uses the character Andrew Undershaft as an example of this when he is talking with Lomax about the war and destruction, and how he encourages just that. His goal is to make money, and the more damage a war does, the more he makes. Lomax argues that he is immoral for this train of thought. Undershaft repiles with, “There is only one true morality for every man, but every man has not the same true morality.” His statement brings about the argument of right and wrong, and will mean something different to each and every person it is presented to. Another point that he brings up in many different situations in this play is the gender roles. He starts off showing that the mother has the control, but then shows how when the father comes back into the picture, he takes away that power she once thought

Each person will have their side, their take on how morals should be based on. Different religions and beliefs cause a huge problem in the world today. On many topics such as, gay rights, races, abortion, politics, and marriage. That is only a few things that causes conflict currently. I think it was smart to show how there are different sides, but to me, they are both after one common thing, happiness. For some, happiness may be money, or power, or family. So to prove the differences from person to person, Shaw uses many ways to show this throughout this play, giving a sense of, anything can cause a
