Lewis and Clark were not respectful to the Native Americans they met on their journey based on document c and how they treated the native Indians. Lewis and Clark were travelers who went on the land that Thomas Jefferson purchased. They went there because they wanted to change the culture and take their land for themselves. They interacted with many native American Indians communities they were very disrespectful and not nice toward them. For instance document B says “ as he seized his gun, stabbed the Indian to the heart with his knife. The fellow ran about 15 steps and fell dead. The evidence demonstrates that they have no heart and just wanted to kill. The Indian person probably might not know how to use the gun they didn't have to kill
