Lewis Pierce, well known postman, followed his daily route down Carolina Ave, hoping that at his favorite stop little Calvin Woods and Tony Larson were waiting for him to have small talk about the newest CSI episode, reminding him of his days being a sleuth. They said he knew law inside and out, and that he was able to see how things could pan out and assess any piece of evidence. He reaches house number 309, for them three letters and a small package. He knocked on the door, no answer, he knocked again. He noticed a quick flash come from a nearby window, he knew for sure it was a human and not a cat or any other house pet. He thought to himself, why was she acting like that, he had delivered packages to her before and she never responded with such force. He knew her smile was fake too. He looked in his bag, no more letters fro this street. He walked down Carolina and in the corner of his eye, he saw a small airplane fly up in the air, he smiled and rushed towards it. He picked up the airplane and handed it to Tony, Tony smiled at Pierce then they staring exchanging thoughts of the new CSI episode which aired the night before. Tony and Calvin were companions, they did everything together. Both were a bit scrawny and were known as “nerds” in their school. They had very few friends, but those who were their friends were very true, loyal, honest ones. But, they were nerds too. A normal school day for the two boys consisted of, six classes, sitting together alone at lunch, being praised by teachers and chewed out by gym teachers. Larson had straight A’s as well as Woods, they loved school. Marcial Mendez was a whole different story, he was known as “MM.” He used to be the most popular dude is school, until his parents divorced.
