No matter what other measures you take to get your body into shape to become a live art model you must first change your diet. You have to quit eating fast food and junk food and start eating lots of fruits and vegetables and skipping the soda. You can include a healthy meal plan to help keep you on track with your eating habits.
- Get Your Cardio
Cardio based workouts are a great way to lose weight and increase stamina. Simply lifting weights is not enough to help you shed body fat. You will have to make time everyday for cardio exercises. You can do many different exercises to achieve results. The most common of course, is jogging. You can also sprint, stair climb, or jump rope. if you can't manage any of these exercises them you can consult a personal trainer or even follow a cardio workout video.
