1. In October of 2015, four-year-old Lilly Garcia died of a gunshot wound inflicted by Tony Torrez during a case of road rage between the alleged offender and the victim’s father, Alan Garcia. Torrez supposedly cut off Garcia while getting onto an exit leaving Interstate 40 in Albuquerque, which lead to Garcia using profane words and body language towards the offender. Torrez proceeded to open fire at the motor vehicle hitting Lilly Garcia—remembered as a kind and generous child caught in the middle of the altercation between the two angry adults—in the backseat.
