The Lincoln Memorial is a place of remembrance of the president, Abe Lincoln. He had a great presidency, and his memorial has a great history. There are also many features that have been added to the memorial. The Lincoln Memorial has a rich history; it has been around more than 100 years, which makes it one of the oldest memorials in Washington D.C. The Lincoln Memorial has speeches and the history of Lincoln and is a great remembrance of Lincoln.

There is a great amount of history behind the Lincoln Memorial. There was a great architect by the name of Henry Bacon from Illinois. His idea of the memorial was to make it like the Greek temple called Parthenon. The Sculptor of the memorial was Daniel Chester French from New Hampshire.
