My Olympian is Lindsey Vonn. She is an amazing cross-country skier. During her childhood, many people told her she couldn't do it. But that never stopped her from accomplishing her dreams. She continued on with her dreams and now look at her, she's in the Olympics! All those people that told her she couldn't do it were wrong. She did it and she did it well.
Her childhood dreams were to win the Olympics. She always wanted to be in a gym outside or in the snow. And when she was there, she was happy. When she was little she was bullied. It was extremely heartbreaking, even though she was very successful, many people told her she couldn't do it.
