At just the age of six this remarkable girl exhibited such an amazing gift for poetry, which led to a very fulfilling and successful career in writing. Zaran’s poems are rich of potential. She employs a wide variety of literary devices to make her poems appeal to every person. Her writing is consumed with emotion; just as readers, we are just captivated by the two different mediums. Through her writing, Lisa Zaran shows tons of emotion and creates a visual that is more conceptual in manner than relatable. Lisa had a rough childhood she was never rooted in a hometown for a very long time, and she moved over 40 times throughout the western states.
