All of the multimedia elements worked well together to make the message clear, the content easy to understand, the dialogue easy to follow, and the graphics easy to read. All of these elements worked together to create an informative and entertaining vodcast. While I enjoyed the Plunge into The Science of Base Jumping vodcast as well, I did find that there were some elements that I felt took away from the viewing experience. Within the temporal contiguity, I felt that some of the visual elements took away from, instead of supported, the point being discussed. For example, in the portion where the neuroscience behind the feelings of time loss and increased memory associated with adrenaline production are being discussed, they way that the graphic pops up as a bubble while the video of the base jump continues to be shown is too much at one time. I noted that all of the podcasts and vodcasts shared the genre of educational and entertaining. They also were all concise with their information presented, there was nothing included that was extraneous that took away from the main idea of the production. I found for myself, that I enjoy a vodcast more than a podcast. To me it is easier to engage with the visual than it is with the audio alone.
