Llama’s have their own way of protecting what are thares. They are not afraid of that many animals but they do have some enemies. Llama’s and their protective instincts make life easier for farmers because they help guard their cattle. A llama’s eyes can have three eyelids, a cornea, a sceal (white part in the eye), an iris and the pupil. Llama’s have three layers of tear film on there eyes. A llama’s colors can be brown, black, white, peach, grey and spotted. A llama’s legs don’t have hooves but they have to toes on all of their feet. The females have to be mature in 18 to 24 months to have babies. Females have 350 of being pregnant for the baby to be born. Females nurse milk up to 5 to 6 months for the babies.
