In conducting my assessment on Mrs. Lola Peterson, I gather as Mrs. Peterson describe herself as a 64 year old female who was born in Madrid, Spain on April 1, 1952. Who speak English, cerole and French fluently, As Mrs. Peterson spoke about her family she mentioned that she was raised into an affluent family where her father Jose was an account and mother Pat was a lawyer. Mrs. Peterson was the only child. Mrs. Peterson graduated from the University of Spain with a Bachelor’s degree in English. She taught high school English for 20 years. In 1990 she migrated from Spain to the United States of America when she fell in love and married Peter Peterson who is was born on January 1, 1939 he is 77 years old. Likewise, together they have one child Robert born on March 3, 1989 who is 27 years old. The family are currently lives in 1716 chestnut, street in Long Island. Mr. Peter is a commander of chief in the United States Navy where he is currently working at the VA due to an injury to his leg, while Lola…show more content… Peterson, was admitted to Cobble Hill Nursing home for short-term rehabilitation due to an accident she had crossing the interaction of Ralph and Flatbush in Brooklyn, NY Mrs. Peterson is an attractive woman with a caramel complexion, she is slender and weight about 132 pounds with a height of 5 ‘1 inches. As Mrs. Peterson spoke about the accident and the injuries she had sustain her eyes filled with tears as she pointed to her chest and began to describe the event. She mentioned she had a broken ribs with result in her experiencing difficulty breathing, she also had a fracture vertebrae, a busted head which resulted in decrease in her mobility. Mrs. Petersons tried to sit up in the hospital bed while holding onto the breathing machine. Her head is shave at the back due to her falling on her head. Her speech is clear, but slow due to her. experiencing difficulty breathing. She use an assistive device for walking. In addition her gait is slow but
