INTRODUCTION:
This case involves the suspect(s) attempting to murder the victims by shooting at them with a loaded firearm, causing injury in violation of PC 664/187(a)-Attempt Murder.
LOCATION DESCRIPTION: This incident occurred in front of 101 W. Washington Boulevard.
EVIDENCE:
Items: Description
E-1 I.D. Technician Chapman #1370, took photographs/video of the scene and recovered several bullet casings.
INVESTIGATION:
On 06-19-16 at 2342 hours, Officer Harrell #3441 and I were dispatched to a shooting that occurred in front of 101 W. Washington Boulevard. Dispatch advised the suspect’s vehicle was described as a smaller car, possibly a red Buick. The vehicle was reportedly last seen traveling west on Washington …show more content…
ID Tech Chapman took photos and video of the scene. They also collected the above evidence (refer to ID Tech Chapman and ID Tech add reports for additional information).
I then spoke with the following residents at 93 W. Washington Boulevard:
I contacted and spoke with Witness Matthew Cervantes, who was inside his residence. Cervantes heard approximately 5-10 gunshots that came from an unknown direction. Cervantes did not look outside of his residence to investigate and therefore was unable to offer any information regarding the incident.
I contacted and spoke with Witness Maria Felipa Medina, who was inside her residence. Medina heard approximately 5-10 gunshots that came from an unknown direction. Medina did not look outside of her residence to investigate and therefore was unable to offer any information regarding the incident.
