Well the effects of long term smoking is cancer that has not a big chance of surviving it in reality and even though you survive the pain you thrive in may lead to death having chemicals in your body that kills cells isn’t a good thing but what about emotionally well it may cause depression and people who smoke mostly use it when they are stressed so let’s say it’s like a gateway but when thinking about long term well it may develop addiction that you would need to smoke for certain purpose like critical thinking and stress management smoking can also cause damage your gum permanently and this can look pretty bad and of course teeth loss which can really affect the way you eat and finally to end with unwanted weight loss that can cause drastic changes to your body and effect on every single aspect my final answer stay away because smoking can haunt you down when talking about long term wellbeing, so smoking is guilty but what about obesity!!
