People make mistakes and have consequences that sometimes lead to death. Macbeth is a Scottish general who was eventually convinced to kill king Duncan to become king. In Long Way Down, a kid named Will's older brother was shot and killed. The rule of will is to get revenge on the person that killed a loved one or friend. Will finds his brother's gun and wants to kill his brother's killer. In both of these books, Macbeth and Will both want to kill somebody because they feel like they have to.
