While reading the research by Lora Cecere it was clear, that the missing link, or lack of talent in the supply chain’s Professionals that work in the industry is faulted by the corporations, current employees, and prospect employees. Cecere explains in her research that there are five reasons on why the supply chain sector may have faults, which are; “Opportunity for improvement, high turnover, shortage of talent, stiff competition for college graduates, and working on the right stuff”.
