The novel, Lord of the Flies and movie, Sandlot have several similarities when demonstrating teamwork. Both are based on young groups of boys working independently to fix their dilemmas. In the novel, Lord of the Flies, everyone had concluded that meat was an essential to survive on the island and consequently it lead to the task of catching a boar. .The boys were only able to accomplish their goal of catching a boar by everyone lending a hand and putting in their best efforts. It was a simple task that could not have been done by one individual.
