A three year old child named Alan Kurdi was found washed up on a beach in Turkey. His mother, he, and his five year old brother were trying to escape Syria as the boat capsized. The picture of this boy went viral on the internet, sparking more controversy and confusion as Canadians wonder why the Conservative government has done so little in the midst of this huge crisis.
