The Harlem Renaissance was a time period where many black artist got considerable popularity During this time many black people often conveyed there feelings into their work.One of those was Lorraine Hansberry. In a Raisin in the sun Hansberry Uses Walter to develop a theme about dreams. In act one walter shares his dream about “ ...This liquor store” he’s “got in mind cost about seventy five thousand…” (act 1) His dream show that he clearly has big plans for to future and has big dreams. In act two he then shares his idea of his dream when he talks to his son about school where he state “Whatever you want … you name it son and i will hand you the world!”(act two) Hansberry develops Walter dream and show how he has big plans for the future.
