In Love/Sick, each character is unique, although some are similar in manners such as those in Obsessive Impulsive Disorder and Destiny, the characters all have different circumstances and backgrounds. I chose to focus on the character Miss Louise Overby from the scene called “The Singing Telegram” played by Dani Isgett.
Louise has a very excitable persona. Her overall goal is to be married and to have a happy romance and ending. This is throughout the scene as she shows excitement and hope that Gary is going to propose to her. This is portrayed when the Singing telegram man tells her that her message is from Gary, her boyfriend, her voice raised in pitch. She also became more quick in her movements. Her voice then had a hollower echoing tone
