With the recent immigration ban many people that live in the United States have been detained while trying to return home. There are many people missing their loved ones and are being torn apart. This article, “Love Interrupted: A travel ban separates couples,” takes a look into lives of people who are waiting patiently for their fiancee’s, husband’s, and wife’s to return home. Having to deal with Americas Immigration system has shown to create hardship and disruption for these relationships. I agree that these families and people are being treated unfairly. This temporary ban President Trump has put on the country is undermining the 30,000 to 40,000 visas that are being validated each year. This ban is keeping parents away from their children.
