Form of Business: Sole Proprietorship- The reason; to be in charge of all expects of the company. By doing so controlling what comes in and out of the store and how much income has been made in the company. And showing responsibility and leadership that can guide a lot of people to do something for themselves.

Our Advantages: “Healthier Coffee and Convenient Food”. Healthier coffee and convenient foods are the strengths. Competition and brand recognition are the weakness.
Global Issues: France- to open a trade and/or shop in France. Ex; it is legal to open a business there, because of the relationship we have with France. I would probably open a shop in Paris, France or somewhere near France. The culture wouldn’t affect my business as much if any. One barrier that’s possible would be the language being diverse and different.
Social Responsibility: “Going Green” By giving healthier choices that is provided in the store.

1. The herb in the coffee and other products that will be specially marked that will help promote health. According to my research (What herb? How do the products promote health?); the herb is called Ganoderma Lucidum. “Ganoderma has been known for centuries for alkalizing and oxygenating the body to establish the foundation for a lifetime of good health, removing the basis for osteoporosis, arthritis, adult-onset diabetes, heart disease, and many other degenerative conditions including cancer.”
2. Information about goods and products we offer. Such as; a calorie count will be given on all foods and beverages that are sold in the store. I will provide the information by posting charts that gives the information about the products we offer.
3. Showing different ways to promote well-being. Such as; by providing flyers and posters showing different ways to stay in shape. Including promoting
