Therefore, Ismael decides to lash out on what the government may be hiding by deciding to murder the minister. For example, when Valenzuela mentions, "No, Ismael in the ministry without being able to tell what he knew, forced to be silent. Ismael in the bar with the glass (his third) in his hand, and the irrevocable decision: better death" (Valenzuela). The story is stating how the government is clearly up to no good, especially with the way he is having someone cover up the truth.
