I am writing this memorandum to document the character of MS Zenaida Marragun. I have worked as an orthopedic physician assistant at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital for more than 10 years. I have worked with her for more than 10 years. I have never met such a caring individual that is highly skilled in her profession in the laboratory sciences. We have patients that come through the emergency room, or the orthopedic clinic every week with complex orthopedic infections of uncertain etiology that require complex antibiotic therapy. She performs microbiology testing of these bacteria and helps not only the healthcare providers taking care of the soldiers/patient but also the patients as well.
