Many people for once in their life has been at the top and soon started to slowly move down leading to a tragic flaw not everyone had that happy ending for example; Whitney Houston was a good leader to everyone just like Macbeth. They both had a good feel for being a great role model for others, people looked up to them and honored them both. Whitney had a great talent getting through to people by singing and being a great actress. Macbeth on the other hand kept his people protected and well kept, but there was a big down fall in their life, such as making the same mistakes over and over again just to cover up something that could not be covered up. They both knew that they were making mistakes and the only way to get by, keep that mistake hidden and keep calm was to keep doing the same things over and over again. The he killing became a big down fall for Macbeth and the drugs became a big shut down for Whitney. They both had a successful career, a bad habit of substance and they both died.
Whitney Houston was a great singer. She inspired many people with her talent and motivation as well as Macbeth being a good role model to his people. Whitney Houston career was going great. Hail to thee, thane of Cawdor” (act 1, scene 3, line 49). They also told him that “all hail, Macbeth, that shalt be king hereafter!” (act 1, scene 3, line 50). Macbeth thought about what the witches had told him, because he was already a great knight. He also killed many enemy’s and got honored for that. Many people looked at him as brave and wise. He was next in line for the throne behind many others, However he did not want to do anything to stir up his future of becoming king because he felt as though fate should take its course. Doing evil things just to get to the crown was not what he had planned. Lady Macbeth wanted more for her husband, but to also benefit her too, because when he has power she has power.
Lady Macbeth got into Macbeth’s ear. So that he could kill a dear friend of his (Duncan) just to be next in line to be king. His first kill became a little dose of drug to him. Whitney Houston life started to bring trouble when she married R&B singer Bobby Brown. Their marriage was wonderful at the beginning they were all about love they both started using drugs and abusing it. Bobby Brown stated that “I did not get high before I met Whitney, on narcotics. No I smoked weed, I dranked beer, but no I wasn’t the one that got Whitney on drugs at all”, but in Macbeth situation. Macbeth was not a killer until Lady Macbeth got on his back about being king. Macbeth continued to act as if nothing has happened with him so he kept his killing a secret in despite of not getting over throne and Whitney Houston kept doing drugs because she was addicted.
