After watching the Tragedy of Macbeth presented by the students of Ramapo College, it was intriguing to analyze the connections between the play and our discussions in lecture. Personally, I thought the play was really good. The actors did a phenominal job with what was available to them. For example, the background was the same for every scene, but the actors had no problem with portraying the story scene by scene. Their dialogues were spot on, and for the most part clear. As in reading Shakespears work, some lines were hard to interpret. The story was rounded upon the want to seek power along with the psychological affects. This draws connections to other texts read in class. Macbeth holds a connection to Oedipus
