What makes a good leader? This is something that people have observed and discussed since humans first began to organize from wandering nomads to the civilized society we know today. The topic what makes a good leader is still just as controversial now as it was a thousand years ago. And a great example of this controversy is Machiavelli's well-known novel “The Prince”, this book brings up a question that people still debate today. Is it better to be feared or loved if one can't be both? I will explain to you why being loved is always better than being feared.
