Following Constantine II’s death, it left Constantine in control of West Rome. Unfortunately, ten years later, Constans was murdered by Magnentius, an oppressive Germanic general. Having enough of Magnentius’s rant, I moved on with my troops. Through grueling hours of outrage and relinquishment, I returned with the victory, forcing Magnentius to retreat back into Northern Europe. It was one of the most brutal and gory Roman battles in history. This experience was an essential element in the sustainment of the Roman Empire. Though I haven't been there to end Magnentius, he would have been able to conquer West Rome and had access to the manpower required to overthrow Rome itself. This could fundamentally lead to Rome's absolute usurpation, the Roman Empire's complete collapse, and possibly going further into Europe. Despite this remarkable triumph, enduring conflicts have been introduced during my rule that require constant attention, especially the Roman borders.
