While reading “Magnus Chase” by Rick riordan I learned about Magnus a 16 year old boy who has been living in the streets ever since his mother died while being attacked by a monster .The quote that jumped out at me while i was reading was when Natalie chase (before she died ) said “ Magnus, run. Don’t trust anyone. I’ll find you. Whatever you do, don’t go to Randolph for help”. I think this quote means be careful who you trust and family isn’t always trustworthy. I can relate to this quote because When i was little I was taken in a cop car when they saw me wandering the streets. I felt scared and didn’t know who to trust.
