In Malcoff v. Coyier, the court ruled in favor of Plaintiff Lloyd Coyier based on his testimony alone which showed an enforceable contract between the defendants. In addition, Coyier had several witnesses that testified in his favor. Defendants Paul I.Malcoff and his wife owned one hundred sixty acres of land in Prescott.
