In the article, 52% say it is very hard to get a job without knowing how to speak English. Immigrants coming to the United States without knowing English are a big barrier for most immigrants. If the immigrants knew English they could understand what people are saying without having to have someone translate for them.
As well as, getting a job and learning English another good way for immigrants to adjust to life in the United States is to bring items that are very sentimental to them from their home
