The historical wing of the hotel will encompass the historic feel which will be emphasized by our antique furniture and layout. We are reinventing our historical prestige that was associated with the hotel during the U.S. Presidents` stays at the hotel. The H-Tower room types are consisted of Superior King Bed, Superior Twin Bed, Deluxe King/Queen, all of them have an excellent street view or Atrium View.
The C-Tower represents the contemporary aspect of the property in terms of style and design. With a full scale renovation on this side of the property, the C-Tower will offer more spacious rooms with upgraded furniture and design. The C-Tower room types are consisted of Standard Kind Bed, Standard Twin Bed, Junior Suite King/Queen, and all of them have Street View or Patio View, some of them have a magnificent lake view.
All the room are equipped 42 inch flat screen TV, a comfortable branded mattress, two King size pillow (Feather and Anti-allergic), in-room strong box, in-room minibar and French amenities.
Intangible products are: 24/7 online booking, available in 5 different foreign languages. This basic function help our guest to book the hotel in any place in the world.
24/7 personalized front desk and concierge service. Our professional well trained front desk agents can assist our guest any request, our passionate concierge team is always available to recommend famous local restaurants, attractions and sightseeing tour.

The Great Towers is consisted of a serial service component. The Great Towers has airport pick-up service. This facilitate our guest who has not been to Chicago before. They will easily find our chauffeur with their name in the hands. Guest also can choose different car types, from limousine to mini van to meet their needs.
Local cell phone rental, this service is for international travelers who do not have a local SIM card, it is a convenience for them to call any U.S. number with a flat rate than calling with their own foreign phone.
The Great Towers is offering valet parking, in the city center of Chicago parking is an inconvenience to our guest. By offering valet parking service our guest won’t spend anytime to find a parking spot and the risk of getting a ticket.
Room service makes the kitchen is available in 24/7. Regardless your meeting how late it is or just simply guest is not willing to get out of the room, they can just call room service staff to ask a traditional Midwest cuisine.
The valet laundry service let our guest to forget the laundry issue, specially to those long stay guest. They can simply drop the clothes into the laundry bag and call housekeeping to pick them up at guest room. Guest will have clean and fresh cloth in the next morning.
