The short story “In Praise of the “F” Word” by Mary Sherry tells about the faults of schools’ education system. Sherry first introduces herself as a teacher who teaches adults. She discovers that most of her students are regretful about their high school career and wish that they could have fulfilled more than whatever was just thrown to them.
