The court case of Masterpiece Cakeshop versus the Colorado Civil Rights Commission is a court case that is currently going through the stages of being heard in the Supreme Court. This case is about a same-sex couple that decided that they wanted a cake made for their wedding. The problem that they faced is that the baker refused to make the cake due to his own religious beliefs; that a same-sex marriage is not right.
