INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Matthew Anthony Perez being a danger to himself. Perez was transported by Pasadena RA 34 to the Huntington Memorial Hospital Emergency Room (HMH), where he was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
INVESTIGATION:
On 11-22-17 at approximately 0909 hours, I responded to Marengo Avenue and Del Mar Boulevard regarding a mental health evaluation. Officer Gawlik # and Officer Herrera # were transporting Perez to LA County Inmate Reception Center regarding an outstanding warrant (Refer to case #17001617 for additional information).
