Mc Donald’s Corporation is a fast food restaurant chain with more than 31,000 restaurants in 119 countries. The head quarter is located in the United States. In 1940, McDonald’s was first established by brothers Richard and Maurice. Until 1955, Ray Kroc purchased the chain from McDonald brothers and developed the business worldwide.
The primary products of McDonald’s are chickens, hamburgers, sandwiches, soft drinks and breakfast items. However, with the purpose to satisfy different needs and expectations of customers, McDonald’s offers various types of products in different countries. To illustrate, in the menu of McDonald's restaurants in the U.S, they offer more beer, chicken, fish, salad and vegetable dishes, plus a variety of desserts, hot and cold drinks with different flavors.
Besides, marketing strategies play a vital role in the contribution to McDonald’s success. For instance, in order to boost the revenue and satisfy customers’ preferences, McDonald’s develops the Blaze Net system, which allows customers to download music and digital photos from the Internet while eating. In the future, McDonald continues to expand this strategy to all of the shops around the world.
