We would like to get some feedback from you guys in regard to FDEMO-5832 (Medivators (CER) Compact Table Top Unit). Apparently, the unit above was shipped to Phil on his last demo (3-4 weeks ago). During the install, Phil Medivator rep stated that this unit is defective and it will need to be service. As a result, Phil was forced to request for a rental unit from Medivator (we were not aware of this). Furthermore, he has not source the HLD from another source since our supply chain team could not order the correct chemical. While all of this was happening, we were not aware of the incident. Furthermore, when the unit was shipped back to us, Phil did advised to me that the unit was defective and it needs to be repair. However,
