The jury consisting of Chris Alfonso, Jack Brosnihan, Shamrock Barrera, Ian Pizzimento, Owen Ryan, and Parker Firmin have been tasked to take and defend a stance on the legality of abortion and whether or not abortion up to the start of the third trimester should be legal. First, the killing of an innocent human being is wrong, even if that human has not been born is is eventually going to be born. Unborn babies are considered human beings by the US government. Ultimately mothers will choose to attempt an unsafe abortion on their own. There is great harm that could be inflicted on the mother and the fetus, especially if the abortion is incomplete or performed wrong by a mother attempting to “self abort”. Essentially, this principle, in particular to abortion says that the killing of the fetus is justified as long as the main goal is to save the mother. There should be no intentional attempt to kill the fetus. The only goal is to save the mother, even though you will inflict a death of the fetus.
