Miracle
The movie Miracle had many memorable characters. One of the characters was the coach, Mark Johnson. The coach taught the guys on the team how to be more than a team, more than just friends, and more than great players. The coach taught those boys how to be a band of brothers bound by blood, sweat, and tears! One example of this work was when the coach pushed the kids after a game to do rats in their uniforms. Another was in that same scene. He worked every guy way past what they thought was their breaking point. I can speak from experience. In some cases that teamwork effort does prove beneficial, but on the other hand you can create many conflicts.
