In merit 1 I will compare the roles of the different team members within the apprenticeship programme. I will be looking at the series 8 episode 9 which was aired on 16th may 2012.

The apprenticeship programme series 8 episode 9 the teas where spilt up tin two. Team Phoenix – Tom, Nick, Adam and Jade. Team Sterling – Ricky, Stephen, Jenna and Gabriela. Each team had to brand and create English sparkling wine include an advertisement and a website. Team Phoenix named their wine ESP short for English sparkling wine. Team sterling named their wine grandeur chosen by Stephen however this is a French word describing things that are distinguished. Alan sugar though sterling’s advert was bad and it wrecked the campaign up so victory was handed to the phoenix. The phoenixes were rewarded to a session in a Jacuzzi overlooking the London skyline. Gabriela was sent back to the house while Ricky, Stephen and Jenna were in the boardroom. Unfortunately Jenna was fired due to the terrible advert and ignoring
