Week 1 Discussion Forum – Strength Finder Results
NOTE: to be completed AFTER taking the Strength Finders survey online.
INITIAL POST: Report to your classmates the five (5) Clifton StrengthsFinder themes from your results. Using the chart in the Strength Finders book and your printout, organize your results into the four “ Domains of Leadership Strength”. Is there a particular domain where your strengths tend to be clustered? What are your first impressions of the results? Do you agree or not?
RESPONSE POST: At this point, most of you have had several classes together. Do you feel that your experiences with this person match their results? Give examples that either support or contradict the results. (REMEMBER: You are required to respond to two of your classmates' posts.)
Week Discussion Forum – How Do We Treat Others?
NOTE: To be completed AFTER watching Video Lecture “What is Servant Leadership?”

How did you feel after the fact?
RESPONSE POST: Have you been in a similar circumstance? What happened in your case? Do you have any insights about why the initial poster got the response he or she did? (REMEMBER: You are required to respond to two of your classmates' posts.)
Week Discussion Forum – Who is Confusing You Now?
