After critically evaluating the job analyses that Mary conducted for the position of assistant store manager, I feel that the appropriate method would have been to retain an outside source to conduct the analyses. As Line Delivery Section Chief, 435th Munitions Squadron, 2002 to 2005; I initiated periodic inspection, maintenance and servicing of 54 pieces of equipment and trailers with 121 pieces of support equipment valued at $787,000. I enforced strict adherence to safety and environmental protection requirements in operations. I managed a team of 21 personnel and a $787,000 budget. II.
