He and most of his friends are from pasadena Idaho, and he’s on a mission to save the world from Dr. Hatch. Not only does he have tourette’s, but he also twitches a lot and doesn’t make the curse sounds most people with tourette’s do. Michael is a very special boy because of his electrifying powers. Michael Vey struggles to defeat Dr. Hatch. As Hatch grows stronger with power, it makes it harder for Vey to take him down. Michael and his friends have to find a way to stop him once and for all. If he doesn’t stop him, things could turn out for the worst. Like Hatch can take over the world.
I recommend this to anyone in 5th-8th grade. This is my recommendation because, i feel this was went for middle schoolers, and would be a great book to talk about and do letter essays (like so) on. As the book comes to an end, michael always finds a way to limit Hatch, and delay him from taking over the world. I rate this a 9, because i felt like there needed to be a bit more explaining at the end. Like what happens next, and or is this person dead or alive. This was a amazing book, and the protagonist Michael is a hero and role model to many people that have read this fantastic
