Our group will use the framework of SMART to reach our goals. Our specific goal is to develop and enhance individual's managerial skills. We would measure this goal by using the Mindtap Discover Yourself Questions. With Mindtap we will know each individual's weakness and we will develop small attainable goals for those weaknesses as a group. For instance, if a group is shy and not very engaging, our group will set a goal of having to contribute two topics or discussion points.. This will allow them to tackle their weakness in a small comfortable environment and have realistic real time feedback given with a positive attitude by group members. Effort is another aspect we will consider. We will evaluate effort according to the work produced.
