A common issue worldwide that we all worry about as we start our first job is the minimum wage. How much will I be getting paid? $7.25 isn't high enough for me. As we all make it seem that the minimum wage now isn’t enough for us, well it certainly is. It comes to finding out if the increase in minimum wage will affect us rather than benefit individuals. I believe the minimum wage should not be raised because it will produce more problems worldwide, causing individuals to be out of a job or even a business having to shut down. Minimum wage laws have been around since the 1800s when it all first began in the countries of Australia and New Zealand.
