The importance of diversity and minority student retention works collectively because of engagement of public, political and policy emergence currently changing in the United States. The United States has the highest number of educated people in the world of workforce, but we must not fail to recognize that all humans are included in this denominator when it comes to formulating the equation of education and the reassurance that the focus of education completion is not limited nor restrictive to one particular body or demographics of students (O’Neal, 2017).
