A cousin of my father decided to sell his business to two close relative individuals. The two close relative individuals were related through the fact that their wife were sisters. These two individuals at first, where caring of each other. They helped each other out, when in needed. They celebrated Christmas, New Years, and birthdays together. They were both really open with each other. It wasn’t until once the business started showing really good results, causing things to go downhill. To make it easier (since the original names are in Hmong and may be hard to read), individual one’s name is Alex and individual two’s name is Paul. Alex only educational level is a GED, he never got the chance to go to college. Paul graduated from college with a degree in business, he was fluent in English, and administrative work was a piece of cake for him. …show more content…
Paul agreed and they both bought the business. Once the business starting making more profit, Paul started mistreating Alex. He started talking behind Alex’s back to the staffs of their business, he started laying off individuals that he didn’t trust and staff’s that were on good terms with Alex. Paul tried all he could to get Alex to sell his shares of the business to Paul’s relatives. It was Paul’s declaration of war that he wanted the business to himself and his family.
