Looking at the object in person, the jar was preserved for the most part and only had a few chips and broken pieces on the side with nothing of substantial matter. The jar has the normal wear on the handles and sides, with the paint fading on the outside of the jar the closer it got to the base. One can see this as due to the black paint being very dull and worn down around the neck of the base. The design of the jar looks to be made for ease of carrying, with the jar having the handles on top and a “no-spill” spout. In the photographs below, one can see how the stirrup jar is approximately .04m in width at the base and then increases to its largest diameter of about .125m just below where the handles are attached to the shoulders (approx. .025m below where handles are
